Caracasbaaiweg Offices is a corporate project conceived from a bioclimatic perspective that responds to Curaçao's tropical climate through efficient, comfortable, and environmentally conscious architecture. Its orientation and volumetry optimize sun protection through deep eaves and pergolas that control direct sunlight without sacrificing natural light.
The building takes advantage of natural cross ventilation through large openings and strategically placed louver systems, allowing for constant air circulation and reducing dependence on mechanical air conditioning systems. The façade combines local materials with high thermal inertia, such as coral stone and concrete, which regulate the interior temperature and reinforce the architectural identity of the place.
