Inspired by raindrops and waves, the building translates the impact of a minimal action into a collective transformation. Its fluid form emerges from the water as a gesture of reconciliation between architecture and nature, its mobile condition making it a symbolic bridge between continents, capable of moving and generating global dialogue.

Here, sustainability is not a technological add-on, but an existential condition. The building cultivates life while housing people. Architecture ceases to be a boundary between the natural and the artificial and becomes an ecosystem. This project does not aim to solve the problem of plastic in the oceans: it aims to make it impossible to ignore. Because in an era where disaster is invisible, architecture must become a sign and remind us, by its very presence, that the sea is not a passive backdrop, but a living organism on which we depend and which we still have time to listen to.
